Lake Erie Kayak Tour

Enhance your kayak skills as we paddle sit-on-top kayaks behind the breakwall to experience a new view of downtown Cleveland. Water and weather conditions will determine where we paddle. Yoga and Hike

Hike and pause at scenic locations with certified yoga instructor, Kim Scott Sowinski the last Tuesday of the month through September. Additional classes added later. This unique technique allows you to reduce chances for injury and strengthen muscles. Dress for the weather. Yoga mats will be provided, but feel free to bring your own. Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga is a fun and enlightening experience. Spend the first 30 minutes learning basic SUP techniques, then practice SUP yoga on the water with certified yoga instructor, Ann Taddeo. Mountain Bike Time Trials

June 30 - June 30 @ 6 - 9 p.m.
Challenge yourself with this off-road time trial. Complete one lap on marked single track at Royalview Trail. Categories will be broken into men, women, beginners, and advanced. Beginner course is about 4.5 miles and advanced course is about 6 miles. Choose to register for one or all three to see if you can improve your time. Awards will be based on the top 2 times overall. 12,000 Step Program - Hike for Health

Health professionals now recommend taking at least 12,000 steps a day to improve or maintain your health. Historical Interpreter Doug Kusak will show you how far that gets you in the Ohio & Erie Canal Reservation, and will probably talk about something the entire way.
