Grab your hiking boots and join us for a 4-day backpacking excursion through historic Harper’s Ferry, West Virginia. White blazes will guide the way through varying terrain and elevation changes with mileage between 5 - 8 miles a day. Yoga and Hike

Hike and pause at scenic locations with certified yoga instructor, Kim Scott Sowinski, on the last Tuesday of the month through September. Additional classes added later.  This unique technique allows you to reduce chances for injury and strengthen muscles. Dress for the weather. This entry level course combines classroom and on the water practice to introduce you to equipment, basic paddling strokes, and more.  Be prepared to get wet as you will be practicing a wet exit as part of the class. Bike-Train-Bike

Doug Kusak leads a history adventure on a bicycle and an iron horse. We start at Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad Rockside Road Station, ride the rails to Peninsula, then hop on the bikes and pedal back to Rockside Road Station. Get ready for the first ever trail run and mountain bike race in Cleveland Metroparks benefiting the Trails Fund in partnership with Second Sole and Spin Bike Shop.  Race as an individual or a two person relay.  Enjoy a difficult  4.25 mile trail run before transitioning to the 6 mile mountain bike leg on natural surface singletrack.
