Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga is a fun and enlightening experience. Spend the first 30 minutes learning basic SUP techniques, then practice SUP yoga on the water with certified yoga instructor, Ann Taddeo. Amaze yourself as you develop strength, balance and flexibility. Anticipate spending time in the water. You must be comfortable treading water in a lifejacket. Late fee applies one week before program.
