Hike and pause at scenic locations with certified yoga instructor, Kim Scott Sowinski. This unique technique allows you to reduce chances for injury and strengthen muscles. Dress for the weather. Yoga mats will be provided, but feel free to bring your own. Late fee applies one week before program.
