| Abstract: This project will gather information on the sympatric relationship between Pampas cat and Geoffroy's cat. Data on home range sizes, habitat use and preferences, and daily activity patterns will be gathered through the use of radio telemetry. An evaluation of the health status of these cat populations will occur. Additionally, the extent and severity of wild cats/man conflict will be investigated through interviews, and an education program involving the local community will be developed. |
