| Abstract: This project will determine whether the limits of altitudinal distribution of the resources of some frugivorous and nectarivorous Andean bat species are determined by the distribution of their resources or by their thermoregulatory capacity. The results of this project will permit analyses of the effect of resource abundance on altitudinal distribution of bats and their physiological adaptations to low temperatures. |
