School Year Bus Registration
- Zoo Bus is FREE
- Zoo Bus is available to schools in Cuyahoga County or Hinckley Township only.
- During the school year (October through May), the bus is available to Elementary, Intermediate, and Middle schools.
- Zoo admission is free for school groups during the regular school year.
- Groups must include a minimum of 30 riders and a maximum of 60 riders.
- Education Programs are held in the Reinberger Education Building for students in grades 1 through 3 on Monday through Thursday.
- Veterinary Bags are available in the Sarah Allison Steffee Center for Zoological Medicine for students in grades 4 through 6.
- Students in kindergarten, 7th and 8th grades are welcome to ride the Zoo Bus on Fridays.
The 2009-2010 School Year Zoo Bus is sold out. Classroom programs are still available if your group can provide your own transportation. To schedule a classroom program, or to be added to the Zoo Bus waitlist, please contact the Education Registration staff at 216-635-3391.
Summer Bus Registration
Day camps, senior centers, and other groups may register for the summer bus (June - September).
- Zoo Bus is FREE, see below for group zoo admission rates
- Zoo Bus is available to groups in Cuyahoga County or Hinckley Township only.
- Groups are limited to two trips, with only one trip per month.
- Groups must include a minimum of 30 riders and a maximum of 60 riders.
- Chaperones must ride bus with children and groups must have at least one adult for every 10 children.
- Registrations are taken on a first come, first served basis.
- Zoo Admission fees apply to all groups. Tickets must be purchased two weeks in advance to qualify for discounted rates.
Summer 2010 Zoo Bus will begin on Thursday, April 15, 2010 at 8:30 a.m.
