Hundreds of exotic butterflies fly freely amid colorful tropical plants and flowers in the Zoo's Public Greenhouse.
Butterflies native to South America, Africa and Asia arrive weekly in chrysalis form (butterfly cocoon) and hatch in a special chrysalis case inside the Public Greenhouse so Zoo visitors may witness the amazing transformation from chrysalis to butterfly.
FLUTTER! will be open daily starting May 22 and is free with regular Zoo admission.
