Exhibitor/Vendor Request for Participation

Hello, and thank you for your interest in participating in Cleveland Metroparks Zoo's America Recycles Day event. You may use this form to request an exhibitor/vendor table at the Zoo's America Recycles Day event on Saturday, November 9, 2013.

The America Recycles Day exhibitor area is located just inside the Zoo's main entrance. The Zoo provides exhibitors/vendors with one (1) 8-foot picnic table and one (1) tablecloth. Exhibitors/vendors are solely responsible for the set-up and tear-down of displays and must be ready to greet visitors by 9:30 a.m. and remain at their table until 4 p.m.

Exhibitor costs are as follows:

• Non-profit: $75
• For-profit businesses offering information only: $125 fee
• For-profit businesses selling approved recyled-content items at event: $200 fee

You will receive a confirmation via email that your request for participation has been received. Confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide below.

If you are interested in participating as an exhibitor, please complete this registration form no later than Monday, November 4, 2013.

Due to space limitations, completing this registration form DOES NOT guarantee you a table at the America Recycles Day event. You will receive an email if your organization is selected to participate.
