Welcome and thank you for your interest in participating in Party for the Planet at Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. You may use this form to request exhibitor space at the Zoo's Earth Day celebration event on Sunday, April 21.
Party for the Planet activities take place Zoo-wide and include exhibitor space inside the Palava Hut Pavilion. The Zoo provides exhibitors with one (1) picnic table. The Zoo will provide Exhibitor passes and event publicity.
Exhibitors are responsible for their belongings and must adhere to the following policies:
The Zoo will provide each exhibitor one picnic table for their display. Please do NOT bring your own tables, chairs or tents.
Exhibitors are required to be in place and ready to greet Zoo visitors no later than 9:15 a.m.
Exhibitors will not sell any food or beverages at the facility or allow any food or beverages to be brought to the facility.
Samples of food and non-alcoholic food and beverages are permitted with written approval of the ARAMARK General Manager. In order to gain approval, the exhibitor will need to provide their group name, products offered and mission behind their menu offering by Friday, April 15, 2013 to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exhibitor shall obtain, or shall cause to be obtained, commercial general liability insurance, including without limitation contracted liability coverage, products and completed operations coverage. Such commercial general liability insurance shall be primary to any insurance maintained by Cleveland Metroparks, and shall name the Board of Park Commissions of the Cleveland Metropolitan Park District as an additional insured and provide coverage for Bodily Injury (including loss of life) and Property Damage having a combined single limit of not less than $1,000,000 per accident/occurence. Certificates of insurance evidencing the aforementioned coverages shall be provided to the Office of the Zoo Director prior to the event on April 21, 2013.
Exhibitor table must be restored to original condition immediately following conclusion of the event.
Storage for equipment or goods is not provided, and the Zoo assumes no responsibility for loss.
Exhibitors are allowed to use drop off Zone at the Zoo front entrance to unload vehicles but are required to park in the Hippo Parking Lot located behind The RainForest.
No open flames of any kind are permitted.
Balloons, confetti, pinatas and glass containers are not permitted in any facility or in the Zoo.
Each organization is eligible to receive six exhibitor passes. Additional passes needed by an organization will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
No animals are allowed inside the Zoo.
Exhibitors are prohibited from selling any merchandise.
Exhibitors are responsible for all items brought to the Zoo.
For the safety of our animals, exhibitors must get advance approval by the Zoo for any giveaway items offered to guests.
Exhibitors must provide own tablecloth.
A $75.00 fee is charged to all participating non-profit organizations.

You will receive a confirmation via email that your request for participation has been received (confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide below).
Due to space limitations, completing this registration form DOES NOT guarantee your exhibitor space at Party for the Planet. You will receive an email after the registration deadline (Friday, March 15), if your organization is selected to participate.
