General
Is transportation available from the airport to the Workshop hotels?
The Workshop hotels (Red Roof Inn and Holiday Inn, Independence, Ohio) are approximately 11 miles from Cleveland Hopkins Airport. Typical taxi fare can cost up to $40. Driving directions:
* The Holiday Inn has a free shuttle service from Cleveland Hopkins Airport. It runs from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily (use courtesy phone in baggage claim).
Will transportation be available to and from the Zoo?
A shuttle will be available to transport workshop attendees to and from the Zoo daily: once in the morning and once in the afternoon. The shuttle will pick up passengers at the Red Roof Inn at approximately 7:15 a.m. and at the Holiday Inn at approximately 7:30 a.m. It will return to the hotels after Workshop activities are over each day (see Workshop agenda).

Where and when is the Icebreaker and how do I get there?
The Icebreaker will be held at the Winking Lizard Tavern in Independence, Ohio, on Wednesday, April 29, 2009 from 7 - 11 p.m. (walking directions).
Will a fundraiser take place during the workshop?
Yes. Various items will be available for purchase directly or by silent auction - including original art and additional T-shirts. Proceeds will benefit the Madagascar Fauna Group.
What are some local Cleveland-area attractions?

Where can I find a restaurant near the Workshop hotels?
There are many restaurants within walking distance from the hotels, here is a partial list:

What materials, if any, will be provided for Workshop attendees?
The Workshop will supply attendees with notebooks, loose leaf paper and pens for note-taking.
I am a session moderator - what tools will be available for my presentation materials?
There will be a laptop Windows PC with projector. Presentation materials should be provided in Windows-compatible format. WMV and WMA are preferred format for video and audio files, respectively. Please bring your presentation files to be copied to the PC on April 30 (first day of the workshop).
