 Currently on exhibit in the Zoo's Exhibit Hall is the traveling GEICO Gecko exhibit. The exhibit will be here through December 31 and features five giant day geckos, a naturalistic habitat and educational graphics. Day geckos are a unique group of lizards native to Madagascar and the Indian Ocean islands. The GEICO Gecko costume character will appear at the Zoo on select days.
The Zoo's Exhibit hall is in the main Administration Building. Throughout the year, the space has been used for crafts, event activities, educational videos and display of artwork including the yearly Photo Safari winning photographs. |

Please note: Australian Adventure is closed for the season, Nov 1, 2009 through Mar 31, 2010. GumLeaf Hideout, home to the Zoo's koalas and tree kangaroos, is open all year.
