Birthday Party Availability:

Reservations must be made at least three weeks in advance with the birthday party coordinator at 216-635-3303 and are available on a first come, first serve basis.  Birthday party packages are to be paid in full at the time of reservation and are non-refundable.

• Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

Guest Responsibilities:

• Final headcount is due a minimum of 5 days in advance of party date and should include names of all of the children and adults attending the party.
• Family is responsible for providing their own cake or cupcakes.
• Family is responsible for bringing a wagon or some sort of gift receptacle to help cart all of gift items between the zoo and your vehicle.
