What's in a Name? Name means "high-spined lizard" because of the unusually high spines on many of its vertebrae

Description: This bipedal dinosaur measured up to 11.5 meters long and 6 meters tall, with a weight of about 2.4 metric tons. Also had a large, 1.4 meter long head with many thin, serrated teeth.

Diet: Carnivore

Lived during: Early Cetaceous Period

Lived in: North America
