What's in a Name? Name means "hollow form" because of its hollow limb bones

Description: This bipedal dinosaur measured an average of 3 meters long, less than a meter tall and weighed an average of 50 pounds. Resembled a long-legged bird with a head like a stork’s and a long curved neck. Had three digits on each hand, sharp jagged teeth and was a very fast runner which came in handy when hunting for prey. May have hunted in large packs to bring down large prey.

Diet: Carnivore

Lived during: Triassic Period about 210 million years ago

Lived in: North America
