I was fortunate enough to attend a Bob Evans holiday party last night during which Zoo Marketing & Public Relations Specialist Jo Clemens accepted a very generous contribution to Cleveland Metroparks' and Cleveland Metroparks Zoo's Vernal Pool Project. The contribution was the result of a fundraiser held on July 29 at 24 participating Bob Evans Restaurants in Northeast Ohio. A portion of the proceeds from restaurant sales on that day were donated to the Vernal Pool Project to the tune of $6190. Bob Evans also served as a supporting sponsor of the Zoo's 2008 summer event Frogs, Hogs & Dogs.Thank you Bob Evans for your generous support!
